Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily ship within the UK. However, for specialized home decor and furniture requests abroad, please contact our team directly for a custom shipping quote.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order furniture is non-refundable.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging our fragile items, accidents can happen. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
How do I care for my kin. Birmingham products?
Each product page includes specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend hand-washing our ceramics and using specialized wood oils for our furniture pieces to maintain their natural beauty.
